At Longstone, we understand that play is the most developmentally appropriate learning for our younger children. We have developed a progression of play from Nursery into Primary 1 and in Primary 2 and Primary 3, learners also benefit from play based learning, appropriate for their age and stage. Across the school and nursery, all learners have regular opportunities to learn and play outdoors, making use of our excellent grounds for learning.
